Aluminized silicon steel sheet is produced by continuous hot-dip coating with an aluminum-silicon alloy (5–11% Si), delivering outstanding heat resistance up to 550°C, up to 80% radiant heat reflectivity, and superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel. Meeting ASTM A463 Type 1, EN 10346, and JIS G3314 standards, it is available in thicknesses from 0.3 to 6.0 mm in coil or cut-to-length formats — ideal for automotive exhaust systems, oven liners, heat exchangers, and HVAC applications.

MESCO maintains a standing inventory of 3,000+ metric tons of aluminized silicon steel, covering AS40 to AS300 coating weights across DC01, DC03, HSLA, and 409L substrates in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 4.0mm. With in-house slitting, cut-to-length, and pipe/tube forming lines operating at full capacity, we deliver processed coil, sheet, and welded tube within 3–7 business days from stock — no mill lead times, no minimum production runs. Every batch ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test reports as standard.
